为进一步助推民宿业高质量发展，近日新区旅游发展和文化体育局聚焦官湖民宿经营者面临的问题及诉求开展专题调研，会同属地办事处及各相关职能部门实地走访了官湖社区及片区民宿，组织开展2次交流座谈，走访多家民宿经营者，梳理形成20余项问题责任清单，并针对性提出建议。 下一步，新区旅游发展和文化体育局将按照“分类施策、控量提质”的原则，支持高端民宿品牌化集约化发展、中低端民宿个性化特色化发展，采取切实措施，全力将官湖民宿打造为独具滨海风情的文旅IP。
