经核查，截至2024年11月30日，我市共有57家道路普通货物运输企业的《道路运输经营许可证》有效期届满未延续（见附件）。 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述企业相关道路普通货物运输经营资质及企业名下共76辆普通货物运输车辆运营资质，并同步注销相关《道路运输经营许可证》《道路运输证》（含纸质证件和电子证照）。持有上述纸质证件的企业应于本通告发布之日起30日内将注销的证件交回至各辖区政务服务中心窗口。 特此通告。 附件：道路普通货物运输经营资质过期企业清单(截至2024年11月30日)深圳市交通运输局2024年12月30日
