为融合大鹏半岛资源禀赋与文旅发展，大鹏新区旅游发展和文化体育局开创、培育“大鹏地赞艺术实验室计划”品牌，以“大鹏地赞艺术实验室计划2024季”为起点，持续焕新大鹏形象与魅力，提升大鹏知名度与吸引力。 一是面向国内外各大院校师生、设计机构、个人（设计）工作室及设计爱好者和大鹏本地民宿、餐厅等商业服务业的经营者等，开展“鹏友杯”艺术设计大赛，开设IP形象及VI设计、创意店招设计两大赛道，评选出“遇见大鹏，远方不再遥远”等VI设计、“居居鹏&嗨森丸”等IP设计3组金银铜奖。二是面向国内外建筑设计、规划设计、风景园林、环境与艺术设计、视觉传达、可持续设计、旅游管理等相关专业领域学生，举办“鹏友营”全球高校设计营，选取了四组艺术作品在较场尾沙滩及周边民宿区域落成，形成活动积聚效应。
