各有关单位： 为提高标准的编制效率及质量，保障标准的科学性和先进性，根据《深圳市工程建设地方标准制定程序规定》有关规定，决定对《深圳市既有居住建筑绿色改造技术规程 》SJG 40-2017等3部标准予以废止，对《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》等10部在编工程建设地方标准予以立项注销。请相关组织起草部门会同标准主编单位妥善做好后续工作。 特此通知。 附件：深圳市工程建设地方标准废止及立项注销名录（2024年度第二批）深圳市住房和建设局2025年1月24日
