2月10日-11日，龙岗区人力资源局抢抓开春用工需求高峰期，携辖区企业奔赴广西那坡和靖西开展2025年东西部劳务协作暨“春风行动”招聘会，4000多个优质岗位“打包上门”，为劳动者稳就业和企业保用工注入“春风力量”。 活动先后走进那坡县、靖西市举办劳务协作招聘会2场，提供工程师、技术员、主播、育婴师、配送员等岗位，涵盖服务业、制造业、新业态等领域。同时，招聘会“双线”发力，为劳动者提供“云招聘”便利服务，如比亚迪精密制造有限公司、深圳市乐福衡器有限公司等企业负责人在靖西市零工市场开展直播带岗。 两场招聘会吸引超千人次求职，龙岗区企业共面试259人。现场设有就业服务咨询点，专业人员提供劳动法律咨询、就业政策解读及职业规划指导，帮助求职者选到合适岗位。 活动期间，两地人社部门就2024年粤桂劳务协作工作进行座谈交流，就进一步加强劳务协作、开展“订单班”人才培养等工作达成共识。接下来，龙岗区人力资源局将进一步加大劳务协作力度，推动东西部劳务协作向更深层次、更高水平迈进，实现全方位拓展提质，为区域协同发展注入强劲动力。
