2024年12月27日，深圳市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十四次会议通过了《深圳经济特区灾害事故应急处置条例》（以下简称《条例》），自2025年3月1日起施行。《条例》主动适应灾害事故应急处置工作的新形势新要求，重点聚焦灾害事故应急处置这一核心环节，围绕进一步理顺应急处置程序、优化应急处置措施、健全应急处置保障制度等作出细化规定，进一步提升城市灾害事故应对处置能力和水平。 《条例》设置总则、应急处置程序、应急处置措施、应急处置保障、法律责任及附则六章，共四十三条。主要特点如下：
