过量摄入盐可能导致高血压、脑卒中、胃癌等,过多摄入烹调油可能增加肥胖的风险。《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》推荐,成年人每天摄入食盐不超过5克,烹调油25-30克,保持清淡口味对于人体健康十分重要。建议烹调时,尽可能保留食材天然味道,尝试用醋、胡椒、辣椒、蒜等食物提味。另外,鸡精、味精、耗油等调味品,腌制食品、盐制食品、加工肉制品中,盐含量均比较高,应限量食用。
