一、废止的背景与依据 2022年3月20日，罗湖区印发《罗湖区创新型产业用房管理办法》（以下简称《管理办法》），根据《公平竞争审查条例》、全国统一大市场等相关要求，《管理办法》已不适应罗湖区经济社会发展形势和需要，应废止《管理办法》。 二、废止后的相关政策衔接 《管理办法》废止后，我区创新型产业用房管理工作根据《深圳市创新型产业用房管理办法（修订版）》（深府办规〔2021〕1号）规定执行。同时，我区正在制定新的政策，即将发布。罗湖区发展和改革局2025年3月11日
