This announcement revokes the road general cargo transport operating qualifications and vehicle operation permits for 52 enterprises whose licenses expired and were not renewed by January 31, 2025, and requires them to return their physical certificates within 30 days.

经核查，截至2025年1月31日，我市共有52家道路普通货物运输企业的《道路运输经营许可证》有效期届满未延续（见附件）。 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述企业相关道路普通货物运输经营资质及企业名下共16辆普通货物运输车辆运营资质，并同步注销相关《道路运输经营许可证》《道路运输证》（含纸质证件和电子证照）。持有上述纸质证件的企业应于本通告发布之日起30日内将注销的证件交回至各辖区政务服务中心窗口。 特此通告。 附件：道路普通货物运输经营资质过期企业清单(截至2025年1月31日)深圳市交通运输局2025年3月17日
