近日，由龙岗区委统战部指导、龙岗区知联会主办的“知新”品牌系列活动之“合光行动”走进智慧家园园区。龙岗区委统战部、区工信局、区城投集团、区企业服务中心等部门相关负责人、政协委员与园区企业代表交流。 座谈会上，企业代表建议政府及园区管理方在租金政策、拓宽政企沟通渠道、人才公寓供给以及完善园区基础设施等方面给予企业更多实际支持。 部分企业还提到，涉及工业互联网平台搭建、人工智能技术应用等领域，希望获得更多政策引导和技术支持。 针对企业诉求和建议，相关部门现场作出回应。龙岗区工信局有关负责人介绍，将进一步推动数字技术与实体经济深度融合，做好数字化转型政策衔接。龙岗区城投集团有关负责人表示，将进一步推动园区租金调整的灵活性与优惠力度，已针对园区企业的资质制定租金优惠政策，从不同角度切实减轻企业运营负担。同时，园区将继续提升服务质量，持续改善产业配套设施，营造更优质的营商环境，助力企业持续健康发展。
