根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2024年欠薪保障基金的收取、 垫付、 追偿及结余情况通告如下： 根据市人大常委会《关于阶段性暂停征收欠薪保障费的决定》（深圳市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会公告第九十三号），我市在2024年暂停征收欠薪保障费。 2024年全市共使用欠薪保障基金为4044名员工垫付欠薪7318.66万元,共追回垫付欠薪986.43万元。2024年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为-4953.41万元。 深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室2025年4月1日
