为进一步落实“我为群众办实事”服务理念，精准聚焦群众需求。5月1日下午，深圳市公安局与中国邮政深圳分公司在东门街道联合开展“居民身份证办理便民服务专场活动”为辖区居民提供“零距离、一站式、高效办”便捷办证服务。本次活动为群众提供现场拍照，现场办证，邮寄到家服务，活动现场还设立户政业务咨询台，为群众解答关于身份证换领，挂失、异地办理等疑问，切实提升群众的获得感和幸福感，赢得群众广泛好评。
