为进一步做好大鹏新区住房保障工作，根据《深圳市公共租赁住房和廉租住房并轨运行实施办法》（深建规〔2016〕6号）有关规定，经新区管委会同意，自2025年7月1日起，将大鹏新区廉租保障对象市场房租金补贴（即廉租住房货币补贴）标准调整至364元\/人·月，每户家庭补贴人数不超过3人。 特此通告。深圳市大鹏新区住房和建设局2025年5月28日
