水头沙片区旅游基础设施建设工程的实施，有利于推动片区旅游发展与区域联动，提高片区公共安全水平，提升片区生态环境质量，优化区域功能布局，促进辖区旅游高质量发展。近日，大鹏新区发展和财政局组织专家开展《水头沙片区旅游基础设施建设工程可行性研究报告》评审工作，邀请规划、房建、道路交通、桥隧、给排水、电气及造价等方面的七位专家对项目进行现场评审。 可行性研究报告提出，本项目包含水头沙公共文化中心、沙滩及边坡安全治理、水头沙景区周边配套路面建设、配套慢行系统工程、配套停车场建设工程等内容，主要建设内容包括建筑、道路、桥涵、消防、给排水、电力照明、监控、通信、环境配套等工程。 大鹏新区发展和财政局工作人员组织专家认真研究审阅可行性研究报告，充分了解项目基本情况，认为该项目提出的建设内容基本合理，但应在下阶段工作中完善公共文化中心规划建设用地情况，补充相应运营管理方案。
