汕府〔2026〕1号各县（市、区）人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属事业单位： 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《中华人民共和国文物保护法实施条例》有关规定，汕尾市元山寺等10处省级以上文物保护单位保护范围和建设控制地带的划定业经广东省人民政府批准同意，现由汕尾市人民政府予以公布。请认真落实文物管控有关要求，及时将文物相关空间信息纳入国土空间基础信息平台，并做好文物保护单位保护利用和监督管理工作。 特此通知。 附件：元山寺等10处省级以上文物保护单位保护范围和建设控制地带图纸.pdf汕尾市人民政府2026年2月12日
