因外环高速公路三期2标项目施工需要，为确保相关路段交通的有序、安全、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定，我局决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整，现通告如下： 一、2025年7月18日至2025年12月31日，封闭南坪快速路辅道通往深圳监狱的涵洞进行施工。原经此路段的车辆，可改金田路或创景南路等周边其他道路通行。 二、请车辆驾驶人及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按照交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通警察的指挥。凡违反本通告规定的，我局将依照道路交通管理法规有关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。深圳市公安局交通警察局2025年7月10日
