尊敬的陈禄荣代表： 您提出的《关于加快坪山人民医院迁址重建项目投入使用的建议》（第20250010号）收悉。经认真研究，现答复如下： 关于加快地铁19号线一期工程坪山区人民医院站建设进度的建议 为避免因地铁建设长期围挡和施工噪音、尘土等环境污染影响居民群众看病就医，我中心会同市地铁集团多方施策，尽量减少对医院运营的影响。具体包括： 一、协调市地铁集团督促项目施工单位合理安排施工工序，优化施工组织，增加人员、设备投入，加快人民医院站的施工进度，积极推动地铁早日建成通车。 二、协调市地铁集团督促项目施工单位严格落实文明施工措施，通过严格控制施工时间、采用雾炮机进行湿法作业、积极落实裸露黄土绿网覆盖等降噪、防尘措施，尽量减少对周边环境品质影响。 三、会同市地铁集团结合人民医院实际情况优化交通疏解方案，同步加强与交通、交警部门的沟通协调，配合做好交通组织，尽可能减少人民医院站在建设期间对周边交通的影响。 诚挚感谢您对交通轨道管理中心工作的关心支持。坪山区交通轨道管理中心2025年7月16日
