近日，民盟龙岗总支、台盟龙岗小组专项民主监督调研组赴龙岗区人民检察院开展专题调研座谈，聚焦涉企案件检察监督质效、知识产权司法保护及强制措施规范性等关键领域，助力优化法治化营商环境。 会上，调研组听取龙岗区人民检察院检察护企工作成效的汇报，双方就促进执法司法领域改革举措落实、优化民营企业发展环境开展深入交流，重点围绕“查、扣、冻”环节平台化、信息化改革，设立“知识产权检察一体化工作团队”，设立“营商环境投诉监督中心”，建立“行刑衔接”工作机制等关键改革举措进行探讨。 调研组围绕监督重点提出建议：持续深化涉企监督效能，扩大营商环境投诉监督中心宣传覆盖面，推动窗口进驻全区职能部门，畅通企业维权渠道；加速“违规异地执法和趋利性执法司法专项监督”线索排查，协同破解涉企“挂案”清理难题；拓展知识产权护企路径，发挥“行刑衔接”机制优势，加强对商业秘密、新技术领域侵权行为的打击力度；依托检察官联系点深化“点对点”企业合规指导，降低创新维权成本；完善涉案财物监管闭环，优化共管平台预警功能，强化对超范围查封、扣押的实时监督等。
