为进一步推动各地安宁疗护发展，规范安宁疗护实践行为，我委组织有关专家，对2017年印发的《安宁疗护实践指南（试行）》进行了修订，形成了《安宁疗护实践指南（2025年版）》。 《安宁疗护实践指南（2025年版）》明确了安宁疗护实践以终末期患者和家属为中心，以多学科协作模式进行。主要内容包括疼痛及其他症状控制，舒适照护，心理、精神及社会支持等。此版指南对症状控制、舒适照护、心理支持和人文关怀相关内容进行了修订更新，同时进一步优化完善了相关评估和观察要点、治疗原则、护理要点、支持要点和注意事项等内容，供各地参照执行。
