为落实省、市关于规范涉企行政检查、优化法治化营商环境的部署，新区水务局组织执法人员开展“执法监督码”系统应用培训。 此次培训主要解读国家及部委最新涉企行政检查政策，并分享行政执法实务中的关键问题，聚焦“扫码入企”全流程，通过案例演示、情景模拟和实操演练，重点讲解监督码生成、扫码核验、检查记录实时上传等关键环节，解决权限配置、数据对接等实际问题。要求执法人员严格执行“亮码检查、扫码留痕、全程留档”机制，避免随意检查、多头检查、重复检查，减轻企业负担；同时，利用系统后台数据分析功能，动态监测检查频次和问题类型，为执法监督提供精准依据。 下一步，大鹏新区水务局将持续推动执法监督码应用常态化、规范化，以数字化手段提升执法透明度，助力法治化营商环境建设。
