12月10日，市发展改革委党组书记、主任郭子平就深港跨境无人机物流试点开展调研工作。香港运输及物流局、香港民航处、香港海关以及深圳市口岸办、罗湖区等负责同志参加调研工作。 郭子平先后赴深圳文锦渡口岸、香港上水及屯门等实地查看起降场地，了解低空跨境航线、出入境及清关安排和基础设施配套等。听取港方关于低空经济工作组架构、“监管沙盒”试点推进、跨境保障流程及后续工作的详细介绍。 郭子平表示，深港跨境无人机物流运输是大湾区低空经济发展的重要举措，希望双方推进常态化协作机制，实现低空经济应用场景的市场化、商业化闭环，共同解决安全监管等问题，争取尽快实现跨境首飞。港方表示特区政府高度重视低空跨境事宜，希望携手深圳市发展改革委、口岸办等部门加快推进试点任务各项筹备工作。
