近日，大鹏新区全面贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，紧扣“大鹏旅游高质量发展突破年”工作部署，组织开展“文旅大讲堂”专题培训2期，着力推动新区党员干部锤炼创新本领、拓宽产业视野、提升履职效能、凝聚队伍合力。 活动是落实大鹏新区“五好”单位（好班子、好队伍、好思路、好机制、好作风）建设的重要举措，计划每月一期常态化开展，聚焦文旅前沿趋势与产业转型核心难点，系统性设置酒店美宿打造、度假区规划运营、数字化赋能等核心课程，邀请格兰云天酒店集团董事长、杭州开元森泊总经理等资深行业大咖、企业家前来现场授课、把脉问诊。通过前沿理念传导、标杆案例解析、实战经验分享，针对性提升全区部门、街道、社区及文旅企业、行业协会党员干部在旅游项目建设、业态升级、品牌塑造等领域的专业能力，形成“破解难题—总结经验—复制推广”的赋能闭环，为大鹏打造世界级滨海生态旅游度假区提供强大人才保障。
