Notice on Issuing the 'Implementation Plan for Building the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center into a National Green Development Demonstration Zone'

This document, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Beijing Municipal People's Government, formally promulgates the Implementation Plan for building the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center into a National Green Development Demonstration Zone, which has been approved by the State Council.
