Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Establishment of a Unified and Standardized Carbon Emission Statistical Accounting System

This document, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, promulgates the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Establishment of a Unified and Standardized Carbon Emission Statistical Accounting System, which has been approved by the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Leading Group, and requires relevant units to implement it earnestly.
