为深入学习宣传贯彻习近平法治思想，落实中共中央、国务院转发的《中央宣传部、司法部关于开展法治宣传教育的第八个五年规划（2021－2025年）》和《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于开展第八个五年法治宣传教育的决议》，做好全国发展改革系统第八个五年法治宣传教育工作，结合全系统实际，我委制定了《全国发展改革系统开展法治宣传教育的第八个五年规划（2021—2025年）》，现印发给你们，请结合实际情况，认真组织实施。各地制定的“八五”普法规划或方案，请及时报国家发展改革委普法办备案。 <br>
