Notice on Issuing the 'Implementation Plan for Paired Cooperation and Assistance between Cities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Cities in Northern Anhui'

This document issues and requires the implementation of a plan for cities in the developed eastern region (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang) to provide paired cooperation and assistance to cities in the less developed northern Anhui province, as approved by the leading group for promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
