Measures for the Administration of the Examination and Registration of Medium- and Long-Term External Debt of Enterprises

This regulation, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, establishes the procedures and requirements for Chinese enterprises to obtain approval and registration for medium- and long-term foreign borrowing, effective from February 10, 2023.
