This order issues and enacts the 2018 version of the Special Administrative Measures (Negative List) for Foreign Investment Access in Pilot Free Trade Zones, which was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, effective July 30, 2018, and simultaneously repeals the 2017 version.
