Order No. 41 of the National Development and Reform Commission (2016)

This order abolishes two regulations: the 'Provisions on the Administration of Approval for Gold Mining Licenses' and the 'Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses', in accordance with State Council decisions and the revised Tobacco Monopoly Law.
