为落实2011年我委规章和规范性文件清理成果，我们对2010年6月30日前发布的规章和规范性文件作了进一步清理，经商国务院相关部门同意，决定废止《物价检查所工作暂行规定》等40件规范性文件（见附件1），宣布《关于加强茧丝市场及价格管理的紧急通知》等12件规范性文件失效（见附件2），修改《乡镇煤矿管理条例实施办法》1件规章和《关于加强煤炭基本建设项目管理有关问题的通知》等2件规范性文件（见附件3）。
