为合理开发和保护煤炭资源，提高煤炭资源回采率，根据《中华人民共和国煤炭法》及有关规定，我委对《生产矿井煤炭资源回采率暂行管理办法》（原煤炭工业部令〔1998〕第5号）进行了修订，形成了《生产煤矿回采率管理暂行规定》，现予发布，自2013年1月9日起施行。
