为适应我国改革开放的需要，工业和信息化部、国家发展和改革委员会决定对《汽车产业发展政策》做如下修改： 一、停止执行第五十二条、第五十三条、第五十五条、第五十六条、第五十七条的规定。 二、停止执行第六十条中“对进口整车、零部件的具体管理办法由海关总署会同有关部门制订，报国务院批准后实施”的规定。 本决定自2009年9月1日起施行。
