  根据《中华人民共和国价格法》，我们对原国家发展计划委员会发布的《政府价格决策听证办法》（原国家计委令第26号）进行了修订。在此基础上，特制定《政府制定价格听证办法》，现予发布，自2008年12月1日起施行。<br>
