根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》、《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》，2005年6月24日，国家发展和改革委员会颁布了《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》（国家发展和改革委员会令第34号）。在此基础上，为进一步规范价格鉴证师注册工作，国家发展和改革委员会决定对《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》进行修订，原《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》同时废止。现将《价格鉴证师注册管理办法（2008年修订）》予以公布，自公布之日起施行。 国家发展和改革委员会主任：张 平二○○八年八月二日
