为贯彻落实《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》和《中共中央、国务院关于实施科技规划纲要增强自主创新能力的决定》，充分发挥国家认定企业技术中心在建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系中的重要作用，规范和加强国家认定企业技术中心的认定和评价工作，特制定《国家认定企业技术中心管理办法》，现予公布，自2007年5月20日起施行。 <br>
