Interim Measures for Qualification Recognition and Market Management of Cotton Processing

This document revises and renames the previous interim measures on cotton acquisition, processing, and market management, establishing new rules for qualification recognition and market supervision of cotton processing. It is jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, effective from the date of issuance.
