根据《中华人民共和国价格法》，我们对原国家计委发布的《重要商品和服务价格成本监审暂行办法》（原国家计委25号令）进行了修订。在此基础上，特制定《政府制定价格成本监审办法》，经国家发展改革委主任办公会讨论通过，现予发布，自2006年3月1日起施行。
