各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委，国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司：<br>
按照党中央、国务院关于深化石油天然气体制改革的总体要求，为健全天然气管道运输定价机制，规范定价成本监审行为，加强自然垄断环节价格监管，促进天然气行业高质量发展，根据《中华人民共和国价格法》《中共中央 国务院关于推进价格机制改革的若干意见》（中发〔2015〕28号）《政府制定价格成本监审办法》（国家发展改革委令2017年第8号）等有关规定，我们制定了《天然气管道运输价格管理办法（暂行）》和《天然气管道运输定价成本监审办法（暂行）》。现印发给你们，请按照执行。<br>
