各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委：<br>
  为充分发挥中央预算内投资的引导带动作用，支持国家农村产业融合发展示范园建设，以点带面推动农村一二三产业融合发展，促进乡村产业振兴，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，根据《政府投资条例》及中央预算内投资管理有关规定，国家发展改革委研究制定了《农村产业融合发展示范园建设中央预算内投资管理办法》。现印发给你们，请认真遵照执行。<br>
