为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》和《“十三五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》，进一步夯实生物产业创新基础，促进现代生物技术更多惠及民生，着力打造生物经济新动能，我委会同有关单位组织编制了《“十三五”生物产业发展规划》，现印发你们，请认真贯彻执行。<br>
