有关省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市人民政府，国务院振兴东北地区等老工业基地领导小组成员单位，知识产权局、文物局，证监会： 《全国老工业基地调整改造规划（2013-2022年）》(以下简称《规划》)，已经国务院批准（国函〔2013〕46号），现予印发。请按照国务院批复精神和《规划》确定的指导思想、目标和重点任务，落实工作责任，完善政策措施，认真组织实施。<br>
