为完成《国务院关于印发节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》（国发[2007]15号）提出的“十一五”时期淘汰落后水泥产能2.5亿吨目标，根据各地按我委要求上报淘汰落后水泥产能总量指标和企业（生产线）名单的材料，现将2007年应予淘汰落后水泥产能的企业名单予以公告。 凡公告中涉及到的水泥生产企业，应自觉按期淘汰所属落后生产线。对无证生产的水泥企业，工商、质检部门要坚决予以查处和取缔，电力部门一律停止供电。有生产许可证但未完成淘汰任务的不得换发生产许可证。各地要对本地区有关企业的淘汰落后产能实施情况进行监督检查，同时请新闻媒体和社会各界予以监督。<br>
