根据《中华人民共和国价格法》、《中介服务收费管理办法》及有关法律法规规定，具有合法资质的中介机构受外国驻华使领馆委托，代办中国公民因私签证业务可以收取代理服务费，收费标准上限为260元/人次。中介机构可以在规定的收费标准上限以下确定具体的收费标准。 中介机构收取代理服务费应当在醒目位置公示收费标准，并在办理有关业务时告知当事人。中介机构不得擅自增加收费项目，变相提高收费标准。对于违反规定乱收费的，由政府价格主管部门依照《中华人民共和国价格法》和《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》实施行政处罚。 本规定自2008年1月10日起生效。 特此公告。<br>
