国家发展改革委批准《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》等98项行业标准（标准编号、名称及起始实施日期见附件一），其中化工行业标准64项、建材行业标准34项；批准HG/T 3259-2004《工业水合肼》1项化工行业标准修改单（见附件二），现予公布，标准修改单自公布之日起实施。 以上化工产品方面的标准由化工出版社出版，化工工程建设标准由中国计划出版社出版，建材行业标准由建材工业出版社出版。<br>
