国家发展改革委批准《塑料破碎机》等139项行业标准（标准编号、名称及起始实施日期见附件），其中机械行业标准69项、黑色冶金行业标准54项、石油化工行业标准16项，现予公布。 以上机械行业标准由机械工业出版社出版、黑色冶金行业标准由冶金工业出版社出版、石油化工行业标准由中国石化出版社出版。<br>
