近日，新区纪工委对葵涌中心小学新建成投入使用的食堂开展“校园餐”专项监督检查。该食堂改扩建工程是新区推进“校园餐”品质提升的重点项目，投用后有效改善了师生就餐条件。 检查组实地查看了新食堂就餐环境、食品加工操作间、食材储存仓库等重点区域，详细了解设施配备、供餐流程及人员管理情况。检查过程中，纪检监察干部紧盯关键环节，重点询问了食材采购渠道、膳食经费管理及食品留样制度执行情况，督促学校严格落实食品安全主体责任，确保新食堂运行规范有序。 去年以来，新区纪工委聚焦“校园餐”问题整治，推动实现校内供餐100%全覆盖。下一步，新区纪工委将持续跟踪新食堂运行，强化对食材采购、经费使用等全流程监督，推动构建公开透明的长效机制，真正让学生餐成为“放心餐”。
