各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、农业农村（农牧、畜牧兽医、渔业）厅（委、局），新疆生产建设兵团财政局、农业农村局，北大荒农垦集团有限公司、广东省农垦总局：<br>
为规范和加强农业相关转移支付资金管理，提高资金使用效益，加快建设农业强国，推进农业农村现代化，根据《中华人民共和国预算法》等有关规定，财政部会同农业农村部制定了农业相关转移支付资金管理办法。现予印发，请遵照执行。此前印发的《财政部 农业农村部关于修订农业相关转移支付资金管理办法的通知》（财农〔2022〕25号）、《财政部 农业农村部关于印发〈渔业发展补助资金管理办法〉的通知》（财农〔2021〕24号）同时废止。 <br>
