各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、农业农村（农牧）厅（局、委），新疆生产建设兵团财政局、农业农村局：<br>
为规范和加强农田建设补助资金管理，提高资金使用效益，推动落实党中央、国务院关于加强高标准农田建设的决策部署，根据《中华人民共和国预算法》、《中华人民共和国预算法实施条例》等法律法规和《中共中央 国务院关于全面实施预算绩效管理的意见》等有关制度规定，财政部、农业农村部对《农田建设补助资金管理办法》（财农〔2019〕46号）进行了修订。现将修订后的《农田建设补助资金管理办法》予以印发，请遵照执行。<br>
