2021年度——2023年度公益性社会组织捐赠税前扣除资格名单公布
This joint announcement by the Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration, and Ministry of Civil Affairs publishes the official list of public welfare social organizations whose donors are eligible for pre-tax deductions on donations made from 2021 to 2023.

根据《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》及《中华人民共和国企业所得税法实施条例》有关规定，按照《财政部 税务总局 民政部关于公益性捐赠税前扣除有关事项的公告》（财政部 税务总局 民政部公告2020年第27号）及《财政部 税务总局 民政部关于公益性捐赠税前扣除资格确认有关衔接事项的公告》（财政部 税务总局 民政部公告2021年第3号）有关要求，现将2021年度——2023年度符合公益性捐赠税前扣除资格的公益性社会组织名单公告如下：<br>

2.中国古生物化石保护基金会<br>
3.澜之教育基金会<br>
4.中国慈善联合会<br>
