根据《易制毒化学品管理条例》第二条的规定，国务院同意在《易制毒化学品管理条例》附表《易制毒化学品的分类和品种目录》中增列α-苯乙酰乙酸甲酯、α-乙酰乙酰苯胺、3,4-亚甲基二氧苯基-2-丙酮缩水甘油酸和3,4-亚甲基二氧苯基-2-丙酮缩水甘油酯为第二类易制毒化学品，增列苯乙腈、γ-丁内酯为第三类易制毒化学品。<br>
